Digital delivery policy

All products on this site are digital PDF files. We do not ship physical goods, so there is no shipping address, shipping charge or courier. Delivery is the same for customers in India and abroad.

How you receive your files

• Log in to your account and complete the payment.
• Once the payment is confirmed, the product appears on the Purchases page of your account.
• You can return to that page at any time to download your purchases again.

Delivery time

Delivery is immediate: your files are available as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can also download them again at any time from the Purchases section of your account, so there is no need to save them straight away.

If your download is missing

If a paid product does not appear in your account, email contact@earlymathacademy.com with your payment reference and the email address of your account. International card payments can take a little longer to be confirmed by the bank.

Technical requirements

You need a PDF reader, and a printer if you want to print the worksheets.
