Refund & cancellation policy

All products are digital files delivered by download. Nothing is shipped.

Cancellations

Because files are available immediately after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once it is paid and the file is available in your account.

Refunds

Since a digital file cannot be returned, we do not refund a purchase once the file has been downloaded, except in the cases below.

We will replace the file or refund you if:

  • the file is corrupt, will not open, or is incomplete;
  • you received the wrong product; or
  • you were charged more than once for the same order.

Please contact us within 5 days of your purchase. Requests made after that may not be accepted. We may first try to fix the problem by sending a corrected file, and we may ask for a screenshot.

We do not refund if you changed your mind, bought the wrong class level by mistake, or no longer need the file.

How refunds are paid

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Customers in India pay in Indian rupees (INR) and are refunded in INR. Customers elsewhere pay in US dollars (USD) and are refunded in USD.
  • If your bank converted the currency, the amount on your statement can differ slightly because of your bank's exchange rate. We do not control that rate.
  • Approved refunds are started within 2 business days. The money then reaches you according to your bank's or card issuer's timelines.
